Genesis Growth acquires a majority stake in Home Care Promedica, a leading provider of home health care services

Genesis Growth Equity Fund I (GGEF I), a private equity fund focusing on investments into small and mid-size growth companies primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, completed successfully an acquisition of a majority stake in Home Care Promedica (HCP). The company is an established agency providing professional home health care services, mainly in the Prague area. It provides its services through a team of nurses with many years of experience.

Radim Jasek, Genesis Capital Growth's partner who led the investment, says: „We are pleased that one of the first investments of our fund will help in development of relatively young and progressive medical specialisation with undeniable benefits for the whole society.“ HCP is the second investment of GGEF I. Its investment objective is to increase the Company's regional scope and expand the portfolio of services provided.
