Genesis Growth Equity Fund I (GGEF I), a private equity fund specializing in investments into small and medium-sized companies with high growth potential in the CEE, has successfully completed an acquisition of a majority stake in Carussel. Co-investors in this transaction are the company’s founder, Mr. Mario Della Donna, and its current CEO, Mr. András Müller.

Homecare Holding is one of the leading providers of home healthcare in the Czech Republic, with regional operations in Prague and Pilsen. The company provides post-operative care, monitoring patients' conditions in a home setting, administers medications, and focuses also on specialized procedures such as peritoneal dialysis, parenteral nutrition administration, and wound care. With around 50 nurses, Homecare Holding provides care to over a thousand patients annually.

(“SEA”). Co-investors in this transaction are the CEO of the company, Mr. Martin Míček and head of SEA’s business development and sales, Mr. Tomáš Míček.

Co-investors in this transaction are the CEO of the company, Mr. Jaroslav Prokop Jr., and MaeG Investment.

Genesis Growth Equity Fund I (GGEF I), a private equity fund specializing in investments into small and medium-sized companies with high growth potential primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, has successfully completed an acquisition of a majority stake in HC electronics. HC electronics provides electronics manufacturing services with a focus on small and medium series. GGEF I will cooperate with the reinvesting founders and the management team in developing the company further.

The company is an established agency providing professional home health care services, mainly in the Prague area. It provides its services through a team of nurses with many years of experience.

Genesis Growth acquires a majority stake in R2B2, a leading provider of programmatic advertising services in the Czech Republic

Genesis Growth Equity Fund I (GGEF I), a private equity fund focusing on investments into small and mid-size growth companies primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, successfully completed an acquisition of a majority stake in R2B2. R2B2 is an online programmatic advertising service company, working for a wide base of internet publishers on the supply side of the market. GGEF I partnered with the founders of R2B2, Mr. Kamil Foltin and Mr. Martin Čelikovský, with the aim to further develop one of the largest online programmatic advertising companies in the CEE region. R2B2 is the first investment of GGEF I.
