The current owners of LLP Group have decided to find a strong financial partner to enable the company's further growth. Adam Bager, founder and majority owner of LLP Group, will retire from the company to pursue other interests. The remaining three shareholders will retain a minority stake in LLP Group and will continue to be actively involved in managing the company. Tim Smulders will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer.
