The company was founded in 2008 and is based in Prague. The founders František Boudný and Vladimír Kočí decided to find a strong financial partner to support the further growth of Předvýběr.CZ.

František Boudný and Vladimír Kočí will retain a significant minority stake in Předvýběr.CZ and will continue to actively participate in the management of the Company.
